Short and Brief. Asked about what was on my resume and the research that was being done. Later interviewed with the head doctor and he pretty much did the same thing.

Its little difficult to give answers. I can not expect what they are looking for a candidate, We will assume we gave answers good but not getting call back from them

The interview process was easy. The PI wanted to know why I wanted to join the team. What interested me about his research. The PI wanted to hire someone that was passionate about learning.
Typical process asking background and experience questions. They really wanted to know about my technical skills and were less concerned with research design methodology. It was a pleasant process with a quick response following the interview.
