MBakery Cafe interview questions

A brief interview with the chef and was informed of an on-the-spot trade test. The applicant must make a cake design of your own and then copy the design of a sample cake given to you by the chef. Tools ingredients and everything needed for a trade test are all provided by the shop. You only need to provide your own apron and hairnet prior to entering the kitchen. A bit of an interview afterward and then it is done. Good luck!
