MB Capital interview questions

There are 2 rounds of interviews: one with the CEO and one with Portfolio Managers. The interviews last about 30 mins. You will get the result in one week and receive the offer from HR.

First stage phone interview, the phone call was more of a discussion of the job role and if I would be interested, the position was then mentioned to be commission only with no basic salary, calling potential clients to generate leads and that's how I would earn my commission. The second stage was a face to face interview, CV based questions based talking through my experience and qualifications. Tell me about yourself? Why did you choose your degree? Can you support yourself withouth a basic salary? How would you feel about making 300 calls a day? After the face to face I was then called again by a different employee and asked questions like what are my strengths, why do I want to get into broking, how would I deal with people who don't want to be cold called.
