Interview
The interview process at MANTL was thorough yet efficient. I felt like I had the opportunity to meet with a number of team members to get a feel for the company and culture, while also doing a portfolio review and formal interview. I believe after the initial screening I had three interviews which included a portfolio review and was then able to spend an informal half hour with leadership to ask questions. Overall I appreciated the ability to get the answers I was seeking without having to spend two months in a high number of interviews.
