Waste of time & just a KPI number for the APAC talent recruiter - scheduled a call to go through my experiences but mentioned that I wasn’t a suitable fit immediately after the call session. All my information were available on the resume prior to the call appointment, so if I’m not a suitable fit I wouldn’t be shortlisted?
