Interview
The interview process included 5 rounds with 3 being technical and 2 HR conversations. The first round was with a potential team member and senior associate who was already working on the projects. The second interview was with a senior member of the department. The third round was with the business head of the organization. The fourth round was with the members of the HR team to discuss the profile and the job details more. The final round was with another HR team member who extended the offer and discussed the hiring process.

Question 1
All the interviewers asked questions related to my past projects, experiences with teammates, work styles, and challenges that I had faced in my work environment.
Given a real-life hypothetical situation, how would I approach the problem and resolve the concern to the best of my abilities? What thought process would I invoke to cater to the problem?
