Interview
It was good and smooth, but recrutier was speaking so fast and just asking questions directly. No welcome questions. Average 15 min phone calls, no relocation package. All interview was english.
First stage with HR. I have to say it was quite unprofessional considering such a big company like Maersk. It was a MS Teams interview. Waited for 10-15 minutes but HR didn't show up. Sent an email and replied immediately that they cannot do it at this time, will have to postpone for another 2 hours, or the time I prefer. I mean if you can email back immediately why can't you reschedule beforehand? The role involves two very different aspect (logistic support and sales support), was told that the role focuses on the logistics part a lot, whereas, in the interview with the hiring manager, it was the complete opposite - all about sales. The interview with the hiring manager is just a standard sales interview. I don't like being asked about age during the interview though, never encountered before thought its a bit odd.

Phone screening with HR 1 hour interview with the hiring manager The process was well organized and nothing unusual. Since the interview is not very technical, the result can be subject to the hiring manager's preferences on the candidates' profile or the functional needs.

It was 1 hour fit questions, largely about how you behave in certain situations. Also asked about big market trends and freight rates knowledge to see if the candidate is really interested in the industry and has the market experiences.
