Applied through my schools website early in the Fall semester and interviewed on campus. They send a list of open positions before your interview, which you have to narrow down for the interview. About 40 options explained in great detail on that list. Interview was about 30 minutes long, mostly behavioral questions, nothing too out of the ordinary. My interview was not with an HR representative.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at M&T Bank in May 2022

The interview process consists of an initial interview with a dedicated MDP HR manager for entry to the MDP program. Subsequent interviews are for business unit/team placement and are conducted by one or more department managers.

relatively easy process: 1st round is an easy informational interview, happened 2 weeks after the first round. 2nd round is just as easy, simple questions about resume. Final Round in buffalo was mostly behavioral and fit questions with the managers of the group you’re applying for, no technical or tough curve ball questions.
