Interview
Interview went smooth and everyone was very friendly and cool. At first I was nervous but everything went to it's place after I met first two managers. That day I interviewed with 8 people.
First a phone interview with a recruiter asking basic info and why you are applying to M&T and for the position. Next was four separate interviews on Zoom scheduled throughout the week meeting with various people in the Treasury.

Interview
The whole process took about 1.5-2 months. Contacted bY the recruiter for initial discussion about role and responsibilities. Arranged the 1st round in-site with Hiring manager which was more about getting to know the person, understanding the role.Resume overview . After two weeks was scheduled for another round with 2 people , one from technical team and other was more senior manager person. Technical round was focused on SAS, SQL, Regressions, modeling in SAS, Decision trees and some SQL questions. The round with senior manager was more focused on gauging technical prowess and how would the technical skill set fit with the kind of job they do. Knowing in depth SAS is the ultimate thing to land the opportunity and basics of risk management . I was never given an update on the interview and later on I was told the position was closed because of unknown reasons
