I applied through other source. I interviewed at M & M Mortgage
Interview
The interview was short and sweet. Everything was smooth and the interview waa conducted in a very professional manner and quiet setting. You will not feel nervous at all as it was rather casual but professional.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at M & M Mortgage (Roseville, MN) in Jan 2020
Interview
The interview process was very smooth with M&M! It was a brief phone interview with Becky who explained the company and basic role info.
The second interview is with one of the owners Mike K, who explains what type of mortgages they work with and just some info regarding the industry itself.
The third interview was with the other owner Mike P, and that one was more personal and traditional interview about selling yourself with your experience and what your goals are.
Overall the process was amazing, they were very flexible with my schedule on when I could come in for the interview and very down to earth, great individuals. The atmosphere at the office is really fun/upbeat with a nice break room full of various games and tv's. The company's culture really strives to be successful in the mortgage industry but really highlights on their efforts to keep a good work life balance while doing so. I definitely am looking forward to getting started with my position here!

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at M & M Mortgage (Roseville, MN)
Interview
The interview process was very laid-back and fun I had an opportunity to spend an hour or two with both Owners, Mike P. and Mike K., it was pure excitement I couldn't wait to work for this company it was a very family fekt environment. I had several of the employees who work there come up to me and say it's the best company ever!! Becky G. the VP of HR helped every step of the way. She kept in touch with me the entire time coaching me giving me tools to complete my licensing requirements and asked many times on how can she help, she was truly amazing. I didn't pass the National Mortgage test the first time I took it and Becky kept me encouraged and I passed by it the second time. I can't wait to start working with my new work family very soon. I truly believe they will do everything in their power to help me succeed.
