I applied through LinkedIn. 2 preliminary interviews before moving on to the next steps. 1 with HR and 2nd with Jarvis, CCO. Paul mentioned next steps would be with the direct manager I would report to before doing a presentation then decision. My interview with Paul was comfortable. He asked questions around my experience, skills and interests. The interview with Jarvis was different. He told me about the company, what they were looking for, asked me a few questions about my experience and gave me a marketing scenario to see how I think. I was not expecting that in a preliminary round but it is what it is. If you have an interview with Jarvis, brush up on your marketing lingo/knowledge. should hear back on Monday but given my lack of marketing exp. not expecting to move forward. From my conversations though, company culture does sound healthy and like they care about their people. Room for growth as well but a very technical role with a learning curve.
