I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lyra Health in Dec 2024
Interview
I was interviewed by the recruiter and didn’t hear anything back after. I followed up with him three times and did not receive any updates. I had a referral and felt as though my interview went well, but didn’t even receive a rejection was just ghosted.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lyra Health
Interview
This was a 4 step interview process that included a sales presentation. I had to create 20-minute sales presentation to HR Dept for ficitious company using publicly available Lyra info and present to panel. This took 20 hours of my time to research, prepare and practice.
My advice to Lyra Leadership:
*Get the 1:1 interviews done first before you make a candidate create a sales presentation. Or, better yet, pay the individual for their time-see Fair Labor Standards Act
*This role and level should not require 4 interviews over 2 months.
* 4th Interview with did not allow time for my questions which is bad practice.
*Recruiter called to let me know, "they're going in another direction" and gave zero feedback after this lengthy ordeal. Extremely unfair.
