I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Lyra Health (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2021
Interview
Human Resources interview lasted for 30 minutes. It covered the basics about the company and how they offer mental health support and some details about the coaching position and included a coaching vignette to assess coaching skills in addition to learning about your coaching practice.
The process was done extremely well. People are caring and knowledgable. Overall the selection process is well done, and not easy. There were several steps, individual and group settings. All was via zoom and supported by timely communication and feedback.
Very friendly, prompt and informative. The interviewer was encouraging and very open to answering questions and laying out the hiring process. She made me feel comfortable and was even complimentary as I answered questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lyra Health (Indianapolis, IN) in Nov 2021
Interview
The 30-minute interview was friendly enough but felt generic and impersonal. Asked to “briefly” describe my coaching niche, but no other questions on my coaching practice or background. Then was read a small vignette and asked for my response/approach. Only one follow-up question. Subsequently asked where I lived and then told a compensation hourly rate based on my location. It was much lower than I expected. I didn’t receive an offer but would not have pursued the opportunity based on the low compensation.
