Interview
Three interviews: the first was more of an Human Resources interview with case vingettes, the second involved in-depth clinical role plays, and the last was the nuts and bolts interview.

They role played both a termination session and a basic cbt issue
The interview process was a couple of weeks long and involved meeting with a recruiter for an initial screening, a written component, a clinical interview and final interview/offer discussion with people operations.

Participate in a therapist-client role play during the clinical interview.
Very thorough interview process that set realistic expectations of the role. The interviewers were professional, yet approachable and helped set the tone for what it is like to work at Lyra Health.

The interview process was split up over three interview testing skill set, comfort level, and fit for the company. The initial email was a vignette to test knowledge of CBT skills.
