I interviewed at Lynx Analytics (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Interview was good with multiple DS team asked to a take home test to evaluate data science capabilities lot of question on data science and statistics and programming as well
The human resource person really needs more EQ and manners. Email exchange was very unpleasant. No matter how big your firm is, there are just things you should not say out of politeness. Think i dodged a bullet.

Hi there, I'm Rachel and have recently joined Lynx as the Talent Acquisition Manager. I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our recruitment process.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lynx Analytics (Singapore) in Jul 2020
Interview
Interview with HR at the first stage to see if you are a fit for the role. There was a brief overview of the company and tried to ask me questions to see if I was fit for the role. If you are seen as a potential match, you will be required to submit an assignment within 2 hours covering areas in statistics, probability, coding and some machine learning concepts. If you pass the test, there will be a take home coding assignment to complete within a week. These tests could pose a bit of a challenge especially if you are relatively new to the field of machine learning. After passing these rounds, I was required to have an another interview. Unfortunately, the interview was extremely condescending in how I was being attacked on my projects as opposed to asking questions to see if i was deem fit for the role. It was rather technical in nature and questions about previous experience, personality traits or why one was applying for the role was avoided. Overall, they are quick to reply to whether you are successful for a given stage of the interview.
