Interview
You walk in there, They are looking for a couple things:
1 a person that is not going to jeopardize their company by making a bunch of mistakes.
2 a person that is not going to be rude to other employees
Daryll or someone will ask some feeler questions, such as:
"Tell me about your previous experiences" or "tell me about your career goals"
If you have any experience share it it's good for them to know, It's not that important what the experience is. What they are looking for is seeing if you are rude or bad mouthing other people you are a lot less likely to get the job.
They value punctuality stamping time cards, kindness, and they value being careful making sure products are right. If you have these you will likely get the job.
If you pass, they will then get you to go to IS2 and sign some forms. you work under them for like 6 months then they switch you to a permeant role at lynden.
