I applied online. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (Coopersburg, PA) in Apr 2021
Interview
The Interview Process took few weeks, with two rounds, one with HR and other with the hiring manager (third one to follow soon hopefully with the team). Its a long process but understandable.

Interview
They require that you do three 1 hour interviews first before even coming onsite for the real interviews. First was with HR, which was easy. Second with the Senior Manager, also went great. Last was with the hiring manager. Here's where the problems happened. Though the title is "RF Design Engineer", they are really looking for someone who's an expert in AC-DC systems since their products rely on household power, though you won't find this requirement anywhere on the job description. If they retitle the position "Analog Designer", they'll probably find what they're looking for. If you're an RF Engineer in the area, you'll fit in better at either CAES (Cobham) or Lockheed Martin.
