Got a contact through on-campus recruiting. Gave them my resume then they contacted me a few weeks afterwards during the fall semester. I then had a technical interview that was scheduled for 45 mins but lasted more than an hour. The interviewer was really nice and just wanted to see how you think and gave me several problems to solve. Then, I had two interviews with HR, connected with some office managers, and got the offer.
