I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (Bethlehem, PA) in Sep 2019
Interview
A somewhat technical interview in which the employers seek to understand how you solve problems and your coach-ability. They will ask you to evaluate a circuit but they aren't looking for your ability to regurgitate knowledge but rather how you work through the problem and are able to learn new things.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The main question was to analyze a circuit which throughout the interview would get more complicated as the recruiters gave you more details and design specifications you had to meet.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (Berkeley, CA) in Mar 2023
Interview
First round with recruiter, went through basic RC questions, then moved on to final round that lasted 2 hrs; first 1hr 30min, two people on the hardware team asked one question on a basic power/voltage question and the next was on BJTs. However they wanted to know the exact thought process which was fairly tedious, so each question lasted 45 min each.
