Long interview process that spanned close to three months. First had an interview with a recruiter at a career fair. This was followed by a handful of phone interviews and eventually being flown to their headquarters in PA for an all day in person interview. After this, had a couple more phone interviews and then no response or communication for a few weeks. Eventually got contacted to find out that I did not get the position.

Role play how you wound handle a difficult situation
There will be an aptitude test first consisting of IQ questions related to mechanical and electrical engineering setting. Then a video interview with a manager. He will ask basic circuit analysis questions and networking related. Then a 5 hour long interview with a roleplay with customer, troubleshooting a problem, and HR related questions

The interview was a whole day session with breaks. I think I had three or four sessions. Some were role play, one was with hr and one was with a psychologist.
