A recruiter from Signify Tech contacted me and set up my interview at Luna. Two hours before the scheduled interview time, someone from Luna emailed that the position had been filled and cancelled my interview. A few days later, I found the same job had been re-posted on LinkedIn. I contacted them and pointed out how I had been lied to. They blamed it on their recruiting department, implying they schedule candidate interviews and then don't actually interview the candidate fairly often.

The interview process was long and I went through at least 7 steps. One of these steps consisted of a three-day take home project that was a pass/fail and involved zero discussion on at all, which is pretty disappointing after putting that much effort into it. I think they use this project as a screener and don't put much weight into it at all, which feels extremely disrespectful. They also ask Leetcode medium questions, while targeting a niche programming language that involves a lot of knowledge that falls into a unique programming paradigm. 1. Recruiter screen 2.
