* I was contacted by a recruiter about the position. * Had 2 phone conversations with the recruiter before they decided to get me in contact with the PI. * I talked with the PI and Technical Lead on the phone, they asked generally about my background. Nothing technical. * I was contacted in the next few days for an on-site interview. * Flew to Roanoke 2 weeks later for onsite. Met with Technical Lead first who told me about the company and asked me 1 technical question which I immediately answered so he said he wouldn't ask anymore. * Met with 2 panels of engineers (about 6 each) who asked general questions about by background and a few technical questions, nothing hard at all. * Got a call the next day with an offer.
