Sturdy interview process. Looked to understand how I would fit into the team as well as my experience. Second stage includes a roleplay and further interview questions. Good experience . . .
Sit down interview with two gentlemen in a break room in their London office. Was more of an informal chat than an interview with problem questions or any role play.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lumon Pay in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process began with a 20–30 minute screening call to discuss my experience, followed by a more in-depth online interview with the Head of People. I was then asked to complete a task on improving the offer/onboarding process, which included a 30-minute presentation and a 30-minute Excel task. This was followed by a final interview with the CPO and People Advisor.
A week later, I received an automated rejection email. While the process was smooth and engaging, I would have appreciated a more personal response given the time and effort invested across multiple stages.
