The interview was professional. Nicely organized by hiring manager. Had the opportunity to speak to many people from engineer to upper managers. It took about half day. Overall good experience.
Phone screen followed by on site review. It starts with a presentation and one-on-one interview. There will be 4-5 people interviewing candidates.
The decision will be made on one or two key people. But if there is an objection of anyone, you will be declined
