Very straightforward process - typical screening interview with hiring manager, then a case study to map out a business process, and final round onsite with four 1:1 interviews. Nothing out of the ordinary here. Case study was simple and heard back within a day on getting an onsite. Walked through my experience with each interviewer and why I'm interested and fit for the role. Also walked through the case study with the hiring manager. It was a relaxed atmosphere and each interviewer was kind and respectful, though their energies seemed low. I heard back a week later that I did not get an offer. I didn't think it was a good fit culturally for me so I'm glad how things ended up. I appreciated the prompt follow-up after each round.
