Lumen Project manager, creative studio interview questions

Applied via Indeed on 2/1/22. Immediately got an email asking me to complete a self-managed video interview, which I did. On 2/3/22 got an email asking me to join the Lumen talent community. on 2/21/22 got an email that they would like to move forward and I would hear from the hiring manager. I followed up on 2/25 and was told things were busy, and they would be in touch. on 3/1/22 I got an invitation to set up a panel video interview for 3/3/22. On that day I interviewed with four people at once. I thought it went well. They told me they would decide within two weeks. That was six weeks ago and I never heard another word from this company. They have dozens of jobs posts for which I am a good fit, but they ghosted me, which is completely unprofessional for a job at this level.
