Interview
Online video based interview / screening. You reply to recorded questions asked by what may be Lumen employees. Takes about 20-25 minutes. Once you complete the videos there are two skill games that aren't too hard. Biggest downside is that you have to repeat the videos and games for EVERY position you apply to, nothing is saved from one application to the next. 2nd Time I have done this and then within a few days job is deleted. No rejection email, nothing

roundhouse interview with three team members all via zoom that resulted in a project presentation request by me to the group by next day to move forward with the interview
Video screening was a great experience. I see why it was used. You were asked questions and given multiple opportunities to answer, review, and record. There were practice questions before the 3 actual questions.

After applying I received an email prompting me to complete a video recording of me answering questions, along with playing some games to analyze my personality. I spent 4 hours prepping for the question portion of the interview and never received a response from a human being.
