I applied online using a friend that worked in that department as a referral. I received a call back the next day at which point there was a quick phone interview. After that, I was set up for an in person interview the next day. At that interview, I talked to my future supervisor one on one. We basically just went over the terms of the job and what would be expected of me such as being measured on sales and good customer services skills. I was asked what I wanted from the job and at the end I had to type up three emails with different prompts to show my writing skills in different situations. I was informed that I would hear back within 24 hours, and I did. I was set up with a drug screen for the following day. The whole process took about a week. After that, I just had to wait for the training class (which is fully paid) to start.
