long discussion with the team leader and a lot of tests for the same topic Linux, Linux, and linux. Your potential colleague's language skills are much to be desired with some exception of course.
Interview was divided into three talks. First one was with hr, the second was basic technical questions - general information about systems, the third one was about advanced it questions about systems and middleware.
