I found the ad on Instagram, applied and one lady called me to check my German. She said it was ok, and they will contact me again. At the same time, I got the link to the online test to check my German and English (and French, because I mentioned that my french is upper-intermediate) After 3 weeks another lady called me, asked few questions again - she mentioned that it was agency who called me, but they didn’t finish so they needed to do interview with us all over again. We schedule a time again. Very nice and bubbly German native lady called me, we chatted lil bit. She was very pleasant. After that they schedule the final interview and sent me the link with Psychometric test, which I needed to do before this interview. So, this test was not easy at all - If you are serious and really want this position, inform yourself before how the exercises look like. At this point, I was not very sure am I ready to accept this job, mostly because of the salary. It’s sad that a German National Carrier offers salary just to survive. (Neto. 1140€) That’s the minimum, just for rent and food. So I opened the link with Psychometric Test to do while being sick, so couldn’t concentrate properly, and that also sent them the mail to reschedule my final interview bcs I’m not feeling well. They answer me that the result of my test was not good, so they are canceling my final interview all together. They left quiet positive impression like people, but my advice is to try to find a job with better salary. Germany is a rich country but want to keep employees on the edge of poverty. You need to move to foreign country , but you won’t be able to make any savings.

The interview process was very smooth with one team manager and one person from HR. Questions related with customer service. Role-Play with an unsatisfied customer. They did not take to long to call me and tell me their outcome.
