Interview
Simple process but it took months due to it being during the holiday time. Recruiter was very communicative and the hiring manager was very supportive of explaining the job during the interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lucid Hearing in Jun 2025
Interview
I had a great interview with Brittany Norris who works in talent UNTIL…..
I was told I was moving along in the process, was told benefits would be sent to me and an assessment.
Well 3 text messages later and 3 unanswered calls and over a month has gone by and I was ghosted. No feedback, no response to any calls or texts.
I would not recommend this company at all if this is how their process is. Ghosting is one of the most unprofessional things you could do as an internal recruiter after telling someone that you will be moving them along in the process. Give the feedback, and be honest
Their process was very organized, and the recruiter for the position was very friendly! One phone interview with recruiter, then Teams meeting with hiring manager, and final interview was in-person.
