Interview
Straightforward, strategic questions, and moved quickly through the process. I was able to have both a panel interview and 1:1 interview with the CEO, which made a difference and showed the strong culture from the start.
Kind but severely inexperienced people ran the interviews. Ghosted by the, too kind and transparent only at the beginning, recruiter with a generic GPT-generated email four weeks after my third (behavioral) interview. Very unprofessional.
Interview with HR at first, and then interview with senior engineer. But didn’t get any feedback after the second interview. People were good, it’s a good experience. All interviews were online.
