It was done over the phone. The company really just wants to know what types of values you have. Because there is no one over your shoulder while you work, they want to verify that you are a honest person. They also explain what a Premium Auditor does and a bit on the values of the company. You will get another call back after a week or so if you are hired and they explain what the company has to offer you.
