I applied online, and HR scheduled an interview with me. Interviewed within a week, and had an offer within 2 weeks, actually in the job within 4 weeks. Interview consisted of sitting down with a manager to review my overall communication skills, customer service experience, product knowledge and prior work experience.

applied for electrical as a cashier and due to my dedication the asm that interviewed me knew that I meant business when I applied. I went to one interview that was broken into two parts having me tell about times I helped a difficult customer and others when I was dealing with difficult coworkers.nothing too difficult
