Three questions were asked. They weren't too difficult, mostly about experience that you've had in the past or how you handle certain situations. Interviewer was professional. The person interviewing me gave off a good feeling about the company.

very bare bones, just asked a few standard behavior questions. Overall they seemed unready for interview, took 20 minutes to finally get a manager to take the interview. These are words to pad out this bs length requirement

The process was remarkably smooth and straightforward. It felt more like having a friendly conversation rather than a formal interrogation. Applying for the job and setting up the interview was incredibly simple. Within just a few days, I received the exciting news that I had been hired.
