nice interview, a few questions and a drug test, they judge you with the same basic questions that many company's tend to do. the questions are usually set up so that it is rather easy to to give the right answer.

Pleasant interview arranged by phone one week after online assessment test.
A series of very open ended "tell me a time..." completely undirected.
No criteria specified ( so be careful not to ramble on. )
No feedback or interaction during retail anecdote discussion, they just write down whatever you say.
No time frame on evaluation period or when to expect a decision is given.
