It was a structured interview but the HR team was very friendly. Office seems nice and flexible working options. Liked the feel of the company from what I understood from the initial interview

An awkward phone interview with someone who is not a trained interviewer can not result in a fair process. An interview needs to be conducted by someone who can ask the right questions, and time when to respond or when to let someone talk, not conducted by someone who appeared to have phone anxiety.
