I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Louisville Metro Police Department (Louisville, KY)

The interview was conducted in an overcrowded and very warm office space. The interview was a waste of time because it appears that they already knew who they wanted for the job. I guess the grand purpose of my interview was just to make it look like they followed proper protocol. Very disappointed.

Simply and only required legal understanding of KRS. If you take a few minutes to review KY law, you will do fine in the interview. There were several other legal questions, but if you review all KRS and have a basic understanding of legal process you should do well in the interview.
