Firm asked me to provide them with business plan, which I did, and then they told me that they were not looking to hire at my level until 2020. The only thing that I can fathom is that they wanted free work in the form of the business plan, which they would give one of their existing professionals to execute. VERY POOR FORM! . One of the worst experiences recruiting I have had in my career.
