Tons of questions. Expect to be asked questions that are all over the map. Interview process I would consider longer. People were really nice but it seemed very political too.

Used and outside firm which was good. Most of management was honest though the CEO was questionable. Was introduced to key members of staff. The interview consisted of the CEO, Founder of the Company, CIO and the outside Human Resources company
