Review Title: Unprofessional Interview Process I interviewed for an RN role at Longevity Health Plan and had a positive initial experience with the senior recruiter. During the interview, I was told my experience perfectly matched the job requirements, was quoted a salary, and told to expect an email with next steps within 24-48 hours. However, I never received any follow-up despite reaching out to the recruiter directly. Ghosting candidates after an interview is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the organization. A simple update, even if they identified a more suitable candidate, would have been appreciated. I hope this growing organization reviews its hiring practices to prevent others from having a similar experience.
