The interview process was thorough and average difficulty. The general manager had many open ended questions. She was professional and polite while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. I met another manager and he had the same energy as her.

Interview
Got a job offer after the interview and never received a call back. Followed up twice & still nothing. Not sure what happened, but I just had to give up after exhausting all options. Ended up getting an email 2 months later saying that I didn't get the position. Very strange.
Had a great interview that resulted in a job offer but they never called me back & I followed up with them twice. A bit disappointed, but I guess it wasn’t meant to be.

About past experience as a server in various dining settings
Very easy - just asking a few questions about how you would handle customer service questions. Very easy interview process and the managers were all very nice - they want to see you succeed.
