I received an email to set up an interview hours after applying for the job, and the interview was a week later. I went to the interview and it was really laid back, it only lasted about 15 minutes at max.

We sat at one of the tables and she asked me general questions about myself & why I wanted the job. We chatted for about 30 mins and she went to her office & returned within 5 minutes to offer me the job.

Easy and straight to the point , they want to see that you have personality and you’re able to handle irate customers, make sure to dress buisness casual ! Great way to become a server as well

Applied online and went in for an interview the next day. Interviewed with each manager separately. Both were patient and were mainly concerned with hours I could work and my past experience. However, I still got hired having no experience.
