London Film School interview questions

The interview was a three stage process. The initial stage was with the recruitment agent, this was followed by a second stage with the post holder and finally with the Director/CEO.

Office was really hard to find, it is a door on a very busy Covent Garden street. When getting there I got buzzed into the office. Someone collected me and made me sit in the middle of a busy working room on a bean bag! So not only am I very nervous for the interview I have the added pressure of the workers staring at me as I awkwardly try sitting down. The interview took place in a tiny tiny room, and when going in there I went for the polite handshake. But one of them turned me down because they were ill, if I wasn't already nervous enough, this made it that much worse. They questioned me for about 45 minutes. After about 20 minutes I felt like this wasn't the role for me, and I think they knew it too. There questions also felt very patronising. I still tell this story as my worst interview of all time!
