It was good the interview was smooth but the salary they proposed was so insulting and I think they don't treat their employee that well. That why I declined and I also read some comments in the internet about this company and its wasn't good at all.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
where you come from ? do you have any experience ? do you really know how to drive ?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lollipop Park (Centennial, CO) in Sep 2013
Interview
They do not have applications online, you have to go in person. It's located inside Family Sports Center and is a private business on public property. I met the manager who told me she has been there for over 10 years for the owners. She was very helpful and nice. The application was pretty short really. I think they basically just need your name & I.D. because there weren't any safety questions until I got hired.

Question 1
Jody (the manager) gave me the application to fill out and asked me if I had transportation. I have my own car. Then Jody took me to each ride to see if I could operate them with kids on them and it was easy. It was actually fun. Also, I have to wear shoes, they don't allow open any open toed sandals.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lollipop Park (Centennial, CO)
Interview
Applied online via sending resume to an e-mail address. Went in and proceeded to sit down with the general manager and was asked about my transportation and my availability. It seemed to check with the requirements which was available for Weekends so I then filled out all the paperwork right after that and that was it. No background check. Started working the next week.
