Took a 30 minute "personality" test and then got a automated email the next day saying they were moving on. Wouldn't waste your time if you get one of these tests.

Other Software Engineer interview reviews for LogicMonitor
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LogicMonitor (Pune) in Dec 2023
Interview
There were a total of 4 rounds: 3 technical rounds and one techno-managerial round. The interviews were focused on Java, multithreading, SQL, and DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms). The entire interview process took about a month before receiving the offer.
During the technical rounds, the emphasis was on Java programming concepts, including multithreading for concurrent programming, SQL for database querying and manipulation, and DSA for problem-solving abilities.
Additionally, the techno-managerial round likely focused on assessing not only technical skills but also managerial and interpersonal abilities relevant to the role.
It's worth noting that the interviewers paid particular attention to skills and technologies mentioned in the resume, with a specific focus on Spring Boot, given its importance in the tech stack of the company or project.
Overall, the interview process was comprehensive and challenging, requiring a solid understanding of Java, multithreading, SQL, and DSA, as well as a focus on Spring Boot and other technologies highlighted in the resume.

If your core Java is strong, then cracking interviews is very easy. SQL needs to be good. Some of the questions explain OOP concepts, the importance of the Synchronous keyword, writing programs for Linked List insertion and deletion, Binary search algorithm, concurrent APIs, System Design basics, and DSA coding questions like finding the second most occurring character in a String.

Interview
- Initial recruiter call - Call with the team lead - Coding interview with team lead - Call with the hiring manager Everything about the process was quite smooth and everyone was very friendly and approachable. Entire process from application probably took about a month but once we reached the coding interview everything moved quite fast. I didn't receive an offer as they went with someone with slightly more experience
