      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at LogicMonitor in Jul 2016

      Interview

After submitting my resume and cover letter, I received an email requesting a 30-minute phone interview. During that phone call, I was asked to walk them through my resume and relevant experience. I was also asked some specific questions regarding the company's product (what do you know about LogicMonitor, etc.) and the position itself. After the phone interview, I was asked to come into the office for a face-to-face. During this interview, I met with three different people. One was located in a different office so that interview was done through video chat. Each lasted around 45 mins. and consisted of a more in-depth conversation about my experience. They asked for examples as well as any thoughts/ideas I would bring to the table. The last step in the interview process consisted of a phone call with the CEO that lasted around 30 minutes. This was very similar to the previous conversations - mainly walking him through my experience and giving examples of how I have dealt with difficult situations in the past. I received an offer 5-6 days later. Overall this was a great interview experience. Everyone I spoke to was extremely easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable!

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LogicMonitor (Austin, TX) in Dec 2018

      Interview

Applied online via their website. Received an email for a phone screen about a week later. Had a basic conversation with a recruiter about what the position entails and summary of my background. Shortfly after, they invited me to take a very quick exam about 15 min: math and logic. After reviewing the results, you will take the exam again, but proctored by the recruiter. A few days later, invited to have a video interview with hiring manager. A couple of days after that, invited to do an in-person interview with three other employees in the company. Basic behavorial and personality questions to figure out good fit. Overall the process felt pretty quick. It took about 4 weeks. Hiring process was very transparent with timeline.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LogicMonitor (Santa Barbara, CA) in Aug 2015

      Interview

I turned in my application to LogicMonitor and promptly received an email requesting for a phone interview. The phone interview was 30 minutes and had a more conversational tone than a formal interview. Many of the questions were aimed at getting a better sense of who their applicants are. The interviewer was informative about the role and the work atmosphere at LogicMonitor. The next day I received an email requesting to set up a time for an in-person interview. The process took a total of 3 hours to speak with 4 different people in the company. Overall, the experience was great. Although the process took a while, the interviewers were very friendly and conversational and most of the questions were situation-oriented.
