LogiNext Solutions AVP- Business Development interview questions

The evaluation process revolves around understanding whether candidate can sell their soul and time to them against a fat paycheck. They do not like candidates evaluating them or asking them questions no matter how good they are. I come from the same industry and gave all the responses in depth however I was rejected because I asked them their current quota attainment. In a nutshell, they are looking for a highly paid slave who is ready to be in office 10 hours a day and 5 days a week.
