I filled out an application online and was called the next day for an interview. I went in for an interview the day after that and was hired on the spot. I started three days after that. The training consisted of 5 days and then I did a test about what I had learned. I passed the test and started on the floor the very next day.

You had 3 interviews, First come in and fill out application, come back for second interview, get sheet and memorize 20 menu items, 3rd come back interview with general manager and recite items.

Interview
I went into the store on 4 occassions for different interviews. Most of the time the managers weren't even aware they were supposed to interview me. I had an interview with each manager. The first one was introductory. The second was a menu test. The third never happened because he didn't know I was coming in.
