I applied online. I interviewed at Locus Biosciences
Interview
During a 45 minute initial interview that was rescheduled multiple times, the interviewer told me they would love to schedule a second interview "next week." 3 weeks later and after sending the interviewer 2 polite followup emails, no second interview in sight and no reply from the company. Very unprofessional, if another candidate was chosen it takes less than a minute to respond to my email.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Locus Biosciences (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
The interview process included a range of experiences. While some interviewers were friendly and engaging, other interactions felt more formal and less receptive, and I occasionally felt that assumptions may have influenced the way my responses were received. Several questions were broadly framed and lacked specificity, which made it difficult to provide targeted answers. Under interview pressure, this sometimes led to a disconnect between my responses and the expectations of the interviewers.

Interview
Interview was casual but technical questions were asked I was made to feel at home and part of the team. The process was very smooth and I'd highly recommend if you don't mind learning and getting to know the inner workings of pharma.
